I usually make a simple marinara sauce. Saute some garlic and a couple of onions (or one large one) until soft. Then add a few cans of tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes, dried basil, thyme and simmer. It's really fast...fool proof really, very easy and tasty smile.gif

i boil the pasta in butter and garlic powder for taste, then tranfer it to a strainer, pour pasta sauce preferrably prego in a pot, allow it to come to a simmer, toss in cooked mushrooms, turn off the fire add dried basil, add cooked breadcrumbed chicken and plain meatballs on pasta, then pour pasta sauce over the meat, add parmesean chees and pop in the micrwave for 2 min. or longer if needed to melt the cheese.

Omnarz I love spaghetti too... (along with sandwhiches and--actually, all foods ;; )

Mine seems pretty simple compared to some people...

Pasta: boil with a tablepoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt

Sauce: Mushrooms, Meat Meat MEAT, diced garlic, diced onions, sun-dried tomatos, basil, thyme, pasta seasoning, garlic powder...

voila~~ chunky-sauce spaghetti (oh and add garlic bread) :L..
