I recieved money from Cal Grant, but what do I do now? I got the letter that says I'm granted X amount of money. What do i do now? Do I go to the University I chose to discuss or does the grant automatically inform the University that I recieved grant money?

You have to go to your school financial aid office and ask them when they will dispurse the grant.
