thats what me and my sister thought too. it is too early. maybe ten years from now would be a better time to release a movie about 9/11 but as of right now i think ppl are just beginning to forget and move on with their lives. this film would really bring ppl down. i think its a good idea to make it but not now...in the future though.

the trailer brought me to tears as well. but i dont think it's a smart idea to released it on aug 9. so close to the date.

I saw the trailer for this but I don't know if I'm going to watch this. I don't think people, especially families of the victims, are ready for it yet. Like someone said, perhaps ten years or so. I can already tell it's going to be very controversial.

it IS really close and everything... but they've already come out with a movie about 9/11 so i don't think the blow is AS bad

^^ im not from ny either but i agree ... i saw the trailer while watching
another movie and i was juss so disgusted that they would turn
it into a movie ... im beginning to understand how
world war vets must have felt like when teenagers were
running to see movies like 'saving private ryan' and other
war movies that we thought were fun to watch ...
