hi, does anyone know how to use the TV-Out function on their laptop/computer? I've got the S-Cable... but when it's connected, nothing happens. Help please?

you probably have to eaither go into the display properties to tell it to clone to a second monitor, or if you have it, there should be a Fn key and a display change button in blue or something, mines on F4 it looks like [O]/O ...or something. try hitting that button plus fn to switch displays to an outside thing. That fn thing is if you have a laptop only.
