alright well heres the story i was speeding, and crashed my itr like a dumbass because i lost control of it on a sharp curve, i had my license for about 2 weeks..yes i know im a dumbass, plus my cousin was in the car which i heard im not suppose to have anyone in the car for 6 months he had his seatbelt on, i didnt i totaled the itr luckily for a lucky reasoin i stayed in place wihout the seatbelt onbut and just minor bruises on my body. no wounds on my cousin. now the cops came and i told them the straight truth i was speeding 75 on a 45 road wihtout my seatbelts on. the cops was a nice guy the firs thing he said was holy i can't read when he saw the itr. and he looked at my ;license and asked me questions on all that well he tiold me ill have to go to court he said he'd take my licen away til im 21 but since he thinks im young and dumb he'll give me break and gave me my license back. but i was wondering can the judges at the court just take my license away?

no matter ur age the jdge can suspend ur license

but going to court always sux, just make sure you are very courteous and don't act up

Well... my friend cut his license suspension in half when he went to court.
That could always happen to you.

and you should expect the judge to suspend your license until you're 21.

well my uncle(dealer) sells cars that he buys from auctions so i got the itr as a gift from him and no im not looking for a new car im not rich, o r spoiled and probably wont be for awhile, if your talking about the new thread i opened up about the is300 and rsx i was wondering which was better so i can shop for one later on in my life when im ready to drive again. but i dont blame you for criticizing me, because i know what i did was wrong and stupid but you got know theres alot of people that makes dumb mistakes like this and even worst right?

The judge has a job to do, they can't let everything slide by. Since you're a minor, they might be tough on you.

If the judge takes away your license, consider it a lesson for pushing your car beyond its limits and trying to make it do something it couldn't do.

you're 16-17? by the time you're 21, the IS300 will be maaaaaaaaddd old, there will probably be another design of the IS after the one just released

o wait well the cop told me who my judgees were going to be he said there were 3 of them nd there were worst incidents then mine and most of them just got minor things like community service and driving school other then that he said they dont usually take away licenses, thats if im lucky like them but im really worried. ive really learned from what i did.

when i went to court the judge took away this kids license for reckless driving...he did not crash but was going like 30 over limit

well, just go to court expecting the worst.

A new young driver with a reckless driving citation... that doesnt really look good no matter how good you are in court. Just dont be suprised when the judge suspends or revoke your license.
