For all the 5'1" Girls out there!! TELL ME WHAT IS NORMAL EATING!

I'm a third year in college and three years of a very, very unstructured life has ruined my eating patterns.
I DON"T KNOW WHAT IS CONSIDERED NORMAL EATING ANYMORE! wink.gif

Like what I ate yesterday was (this is normal for me):
B: peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Snack: Cappucino and oversized chocolate chip muffin
L: McDonalds Fish Filet sandwich + Fries + Drink, Coldstone's ice cream (medium size)
Snack: three cookies
D: California Pizza Kitchen: ENTIRE BLT pizza + bread rolls

I'm a 5'1" girl, so I have a pretty petite build. For all the other petites out there:
1)Please tell me what you eat in one average normal day, please!
2)Your weight (it would be really helpful, but if youd rather not, tis ok)

i skip one or two meals a day. yesterday i ate a number one from mcdonalds. but it seems to me you have a nice diet but maybe you should consider some vegetables and fruits.

but yea...replace at least one of the snacks with fruits

Thats a fattening day. I eat :
A small bowl of CoCo Puffs. Not healthy but im addicted.
An avocado sprinkled with salt and pepper and two slices of whole wheat bread.
A turkey sandwich or a salad.
A home cooked dinner. Usually meat with rice and a vegetable
one dessert a day usually at 2:00

I also walk a lot do Taebo and im going to start joggin for 45 mins of sunday.

sometimes i have days like that... but only allow that twice a week.

on a daily basis--

bkf:oatmeal

snack:pb&j sandwich

lunch: a)half a ramen pack with handful of spinach
b)turkey sandwich/stuffed with spinach, of course!
c)another pb&j sandwich

snack:banana/yogurt

dinner:anything with rice

i'm not really that height..but i'm around there..

i dun eat breakfast..too early i get sick..

lunch: bread and cream cheese and some water..

after school:...soymilk haha

dinner: most of the time i have rice, some sorta meat, veggies, and soup

i snack on rice snacks a lot

I'm 5'0 and weigh about 103 lbs but most
of the pounds are muscle weight since I do track.
Hmmm ... For me I usually eat:

Breakfast: usually a bagel from the school morning cafeteria and of course milk.
Lunch: those vegetable salads they sell in school
Dinner: mom's food. Usually rice, some meat (or fish). and vegetable soup.

SNACK: a small bowl of kimchi. lol xD

o_O;; I just realized my diet consists alot of vegetables ... haha.

YES!!! FINALLY!!! IM REGISTERED!! I registered the day soompi came back, but for some reason, i never recieved the validation email and pretty soon, there was that one e-mail rule, so I couldn't register, but now I'm back!!! YAY!!! - 4/4/06

hrm. i'm around 5'1". here's what i usually eat.

breakfast: yogurt & egg. (dairy, protein)
snack: banana
lunch: turkey sandwich w/lettuce & tomato
snack: granola bar/fruit/anything that's around
dinner: korean meal (rice with meat/veggies/fish)

if i want some dessert, i'll usually have some sweetened fruit, frozen yogurt, or a yogurt.

yeah, i'm kinda a health freak as you might have noticed. but i enjoy my eating habits. i guess the best thing for your eating habits are being happy in a healthy way? haha. i don't know. but maybe if you cut down on some of the unnecessary carbs & replace them with fruits or veggies it'll be fine. other than that, it looks okay to me. smile.gif

i'm 5'0", i don't keep track of what i eat. whatever whenever i feel like it. usually a meal at 5 and one at 11
a tad healthier than u, but not very.

im about 5'0


i usually eat certain things everyday ALONG with my "fatty" stuffs

stuff i HAVE to eat everyday:

1 can of v8
1 bannana
1 cup of salad


i usually fit those into my diet... and eat other things throughout my day-rice, fast food, etc etc

the amount is normal. but the type of foods you're eating is really unhealthy. you need to eat healthier because all that stuff you're eating is bad for your health. i'm not your nutritionist but i would never eat that much junk in one day.

Usual every day:

Breakfast: Rice w/ leftovers from dinner.. it's become a habit. & fruit
Lunch: Whatever I feel like.. ranging from McDonalds to Sushi..
Snack: Instant Noodles & Ice cream
Dinner: Rice & whatever mum makes (I can't cook)
Snack: Fruit & chrysantheum (sp?) tea

My usual day:

Breackfast: cornflakes or sandwiches
Lunch:normally hot food from the school canteen with water
Dinner: home food normally rice,fish or meat and veggies! and soup

snacks: raisons! or small oranges

i'm 5'1"-2" and this is what my daily diet consists of:

breakfast: cereal - crispix, frosted flakes, or both mixed together in a cereal bowl w/ organic milk
lunch: somethin like...pizza, salad, pasta..or whatever looks good
dinner: [i eat around 5] rice and side dishes left over or pasta i cook up.

btw..all those things you eat are VERY unhealthy. i wouldn't be able to eat all that in one day ><

Lunch: Spaghetti, Instant Noodles (lol)

Dinner: Rice, Pork Ribs, Eggs, Spinach
