I don't understand why I'm scared of this picture... It gives me goosebumps even though it's a fake photoshop picture.

Not sure if anyone else said it, but I think we naturally dislike seeing such a detailed picture is because you kind of imagine it being yourself. You imagine your finger in such a state and it's really disturbing.

It's not too scary for me, but I can see how you would find it scary.
