I don't understand why I'm scared of this picture... It gives me goosebumps even though it's a fake photoshop picture.

gawd!!! WTH!!! i could look at dismembered parts of human anatomy but thats just gross!!! what the H*LL was in the friggin hole? and at the edges? man i still have goosebumps..
