Is your country so into World Cup as we are here in Brazil ?
I mean the country almost stop just to watch our soccer players performing...

I live in America.
I don't really hear much about our soccer players. I actually don't hear anything about them at all.

most of america doesnt even know that there is even a world cup

but i think korea is into the world cup just as much as brazil

In America, soccer isnt a big thing but for Korean-Americans it is a BIG THING when it comes to the Korean soccer team for the World Cup. Seriously, they go crazy. Red EVERYWHERE. My dad is buying a new big flat screen tv just for the World Cup this year so he can watch with his friends.

In America, we don't really give a crap. But the thing is, I'm Korean. I remember 2002 world cup, whoooaaa. I was only 12, but I had to watch the soccer matches at 3 A.M with a korean flag painted on my cheek with like 10 other korean families huddled around a huge TV. =__="

koreans love the world cup. even the Staples Center in LA plays the korea games on the big screen

^OH yeah, they played at the huge screen on top of the aroma center, I think, and Galleria Market in Koreatown.

Australia; well rugby/AFL, and even cricket gets more coverage... soccer <3 is the forgotten sport, until we get into the World Cup

lol! Now everyone's going soccer crazy... and people think you're a bandwagon fan. I've liked soccer since I was a kid okay T_T lol

we koreans loooooove world cup

i remember i was in korea one time when world cup was on.. & WOOOOW... it was crazy. when we won the game.. late at night you see all these cars honking.. ppl yelling & shouting "DAE HAN MIN GOOK".. celebrating.. so much cheering & yeah.. it's awesome

its not a big thing in america
but specifically where i live.. it is
we have a huge korean community, and its all located in one area
all the strolres and shops and stuff
and when korea plays... its like the streets are light with lights, and tvs are outside and people are screaming...
its kinda cool

Yeh like in K-town NY, except there big screen is full of lies, omg I can't believe they had it on a freakin huge screen TV that Korea swept all the short track medals at the olympics

I wonder what they'll have this time!
