Kirsten Dunst is definitely the type that looks bad with short hair.

Her facial features just don't compliment the short hair that well.

IMO, only girls with very pretty/beautiful, soft facial features can pull off the short hair look.

No shes not. Shes considered to be gorgeous by many. Her popularity is undeniable. You just happen to hold the very unpopular opinion that she isn't attractive, which is hardly a legit reason to call someone "overrated".

what's wrong with that? if i see someone whom everyone else considers attractive when i find him/her plain, i would also say that person is overrated. i mean, what else are you supposed to say?

monica bellucci is on my list of most beautiful people in the world... not that i have a list, but if i were to make one, i'm sure she'd be in it. i don't even care that she's worn ridiculous weird things in the past because she's so gorgeous she can always pull it off. kirsten dunst, though... she's pretty, but her dress is not doing her any favors.

I didn't attack any opinion. I just stated the truth that the poster used the word "overrated" incorrectly. That poster said "monica bellucci is overrated. period" as if everyone else is somehow wrong and he is right.

I simply stated that just because you alone disagree with almost everyone else doesn't mean that person is "overrated".

A better way to have stated it would have been to say "I don't understand how everyone finds her attractive".

Easy. You just say that you find him/her plain.

I personally think Kwon Sang Woo isn't that great looking. However, I don't go around saying "hes overrated", because that simply isn't true. It's not like people were brainwashed into thinking hes good looking. It's simple, most Korean girls find him attractive, but I'm one of the few who don't.

I won't try to claim that I'm right in thinking hes unattractive and everyone else is wrong...the fact is, I'm the one who has the strange opinion in this case.


Overrated is a term that applies to only a few ppl....for example people who are in positions where they are naturally not judged as harshly.

For example, the daughters of presidents are often overrated in terms of looks(whether they are attractive or not)...I duno somehow people are so willing to call a president's daughter hot. My rationale for this being that if this girl were not the daughter of a president, ppl would think shes just an average looking girl.
