DESPERATELY NEED HELP ASAP

I need a Parent Pin Number from pin.ed.gov under FAFSA... i DESPERATELY need it. I have my father's e-mail account information, so i can go in as i please, and i have all of his PIN information so i can request a duplicate Pin number to be sent to his account online. I've asked for a student duplicate pin just recently, and within 5 minutes or so, i received it.

Strange thing is that the duplicate pin for my father doesn't show up on his account at all. His yahoo korea e-mail account doesn't even so much as indicate that anything from pin.ed.gov was even sent. I called pin.ed.gov right now, and they told me that they did send a duplicate pin to my dad's e-mail account in the exact day and time that i did request for one, but NOTHING of the sort is in his e-mail account. I checked through the spam section, and NOTHING.

I've never used yahoo mail before. I only use g-mail or hotmail... is there something i'm not getting here?

when you send a e-mail it doesn't just arrives in a instance.... well for some e-mail account it does. but not in your case so just wait a bit longer.
