it's more like a big search engine called : naver [www.naver.com]
what you do is make an account and then join a group [referred to as cafes] that shares music
i use one called music box. (:
it's quick and easy. you just put the song in the search box and click on the file and it'll dl in 30 seconds or less!
the only catch is.. it's all in korean ^^;

www.getasianmusic.com is a pretty good website to download stuff...although i do prefer to buying the cd's whenever possible...all you have to do is create an account and whatever you want to download, you just have to post (just say thx or something) and then you can download
