This is a Music Event with a Suggested Donation of $15 presented in collaboration with Club Shelter.
Founded by DJ Timmy Regisford and producer Kevin Hedge in 1991, Club Shelter is New York City’s home for soulful house music. Though for many years it was a roving party that bounced from club to club, Shelter found a permanent home in 2002 on West 39th Street. The club’s warm vibe and the family-like community it engenders have made Shelter a true oasis in New York’s nightlife. In the words of Time Out NY: “Shelter has managed to retain an old-school NYC clubbing aesthetic that has nearly disappeared from the city's after-dark scene.”
Club Shelter founder DJ Timmy Regisford and renowned DJ/Producer Sting International will be on hand to spin hot house music and turn Central Park into the world’s largest, sweatiest dance club.
