About a month ago, a customer got his GT towed in because he blew his tranny at the track. I took some pictures of it during the process, and thought some people might like to see. Also sorry for the low quality, these were all taken by my phone.

At this point, to put it back together, you kind of go the opposite direction.
Pretty interesting, once word got out that our shop did this, more customers came in with complaints to get their cars worked on. Since then, another tranny has been replaced, and 3 other GTs have gone through the shop for other things.

also the g can already run mid 13s stock and the hks intakes adds an estimated 10 extra hp and the exhausts add like 8 so yeah it should shove off about 1.5 to 2 sec off my times

Since the guy bought almost a half million dollar car, they decided to allow it to be done under warranty, to the tech's dismay. The warranty time is 15 hours, but it took him about 24 or so, over three days. Even if it was customer paid, we'd use the same labor rate, so it would have ended up being about $2500 in labor; the biggest cost is in the parts, I think the tranny is close to $70k.
