Yes I have a spare key- but only the spare key, so I can't turn off the alarm. Do you guys know how to turn that off manually? If you do please share.

So...this will probably sound pitiful but my keys were stolen today and my alarm goes off every few min or whenever I open the car door.

ur spare key meaning the valet key?
if its NOT the valet key then all u do is put in ur key and like turn it to unlock and hold it there...should turn off the alarm just like if u had the transmitter... (thats wat my car does i have a toyota)
also u could go to the dealer to get help

hey bobi noona... just call up the dealer and have your registration and VIN number and everything. They should be able to make a duplicate key.

If you have an aftermarket alarm there should be an override switch (button underneath the dash/steering wheel area). You normally push that button and turn the key as if you are starting the car (2 clicks), but don't start the car. Then you might hear a beep confirming that your alarm is turned off. Then you can let go of that button. To reactivate the alarm, repeat the process.
Alarms all vary, but I found that a few cars I've seen have worked this way.

MY parents lost a key+alarm set so they only have one more set and a valet key. They got a quote at the dealer and it came out to be $300, so that could be the reason the person didnt get another set yet

I think all car alarms connect themselves to the car battery. Just find the alarm wire that is connected to the battery and take it off.
