Watch out for new girlgroup Nia, hailed as the ‘2nd Brown Eyed Girls’



Hip hop producer singer MC HanSai (MC한새) reveals upcoming female group Nia, who are also called the ‘2nd Brown Eyed Girls’.

MC HanSai’s agency BCR Media said on the 2nd, “MC HanSai is the main producer for Nia’s new single album.”

The group gained much attention in the indie scene earlier this year in April when they released their single ‘My Everything’ and was promoting in the HongDae region. They were also called the ‘2nd Brown Eyed Girls‘.

BCR Media said, “Even though the group has been misunderstood as the ’singers without a face’ they want to show their music capabilities and gain acknowledgement for that. This is similar to that of Brown Eyed Girls when they first started out.”

The group will be revealing a new title song ‘Goodbye’ with 2 versions ‘Song version’ and ‘Rap version’ on 2nd December.

only one vocalist, no rapper and different genre, nothing similar BEG beside have 4 members and being considered 'faceless' singers.
Nonetheless they are pretty talented. I really like their songs. I don't really want them to be called 2nd BEG because some listeners like me would put a lot of expectations in (This happened to BEG, Seeya, Kara, etc when they debuted). They are so unique from each other.
BEG wasn't misunderstood as faceless group, but they was a faceless group (which is really sad) because they supposed to be a female version of Brown eyed soul or brown eyes (couldn't remember which one).

On December 2nd, 2PM performed their hit single Heartbeat at the Blue Dragon Film Awards and at the end of the performance, Taecyeon ripped off his clothes and showed off his body.

Taecyeon is well known to be a big fan of the actress Ha Ji Won and although many actresses seemed to like his special show, Taecyeon revealed that the skin revelation was specifically for Ha Ji Won eyes.

Before Taecyeon went on stage, he planned it all out with Brown Eyed Girl Ga-In. Ga-In suggested to Taecyeon, "Show off your heartbeat by revealing your abs to her." Ga-In, who is friends with Ha Ji Won, called her and told her what Taecyeon was planning before the award show. Originally, Taecyeon planned to leave the stage and go directly up in front of Ha Ji Won and rip off his clothes but those plans were scrapped at the last second and he decided to just do it on stage.
