Oh i wish. I just visit the place from time to time cause my Sub grappling coach trains there and just got his BB 2 weeks ago from there. But it was by accident i met Renzo cause he hardly comes around there. I'd usually see Igor Gracie though. but yea it was a blessing though. I was just walking around then i see a familiar face and when i noticed it was Renzo i was like

O_O. And he saw me staring at him and he was like "hey how you doing". Renzo is a pretty nice guy outside his battles. But inside the cage/ring he was like monstrous.

Hey, I recently joined TKD and it's awesome~ I'm not sure what happened, but I think I pulled a muscle in class the other day. My thigh really hurts, it's like I can't really lift my leg up. Any tips on how to make it feel better? I really don't want to miss sparring today

been doing tkd for the past...hrm 7 years now? on and off because iv gotten the most incredibly damaging injuries from doing tkd. still going, and finally going for my black belt in a couple months after about 4 years of procrastinating on my red belt haha...

also did about 6 months of kickboxing at a MMA joint.

AMAPA (Affiliated Martial Arts Promoters Association) will have its final there along with tons of other performances and events

YES I am most likely to be set to have my first Amateur MMA debut in Febuary 2010. So don't expect me to post much on soompi cause i'll be training my a$$ off xD.

I play tae kwon do before..
but currently I stopped..
probably by next year I can go back after I recover..

i love that sports so much..
rather, martial art..
that's why I get so interested in Korea..

but I don't compete..its more of a self-defense for me..
but I spar with my team mates..
I miss playing it..

I started with TKD and i kinda mixed with wushu for a while.
Then i just sticked with TKD after I got my blackbelt i quit.
Now I'm just doing Capoeira!

and i love it

btw am i the only one who does capoeira here O_O;
