My car has a piece of paint that was chipped off... It's about the size of a quater... I need to take it into repair sometime soon...

My car isn't any customized color, it's just a dark green color... I was wondering for that little area of paint, what would an average pricing be?

I don't want to tell you anything that's wrong, but with my mom's car she had a chip of paint missing from here car that was from a tiny rock and they had to repaint the whole car because they said it would look off.

Depending on where you go I'd say it can range from $80-$150

yeah that's the proper way to repaint... they have to do the whole section or else the new paint will stand out from the old paint. Can't really tell you how much it'll cost tho. I'd pay to have it done right but if you want to go ghetto... touch-up paint at the dealers or wherever.

if ur not a perfectionist, just get a touch up paint pen and cover it up

a complete paintjob usually costs around $3-4000 depending on where you go



a touchup paint pen is a tube with paint on one side and clearcoat on the other
you should be able to get some from the dealership. They shouldnt be too much

well she said its just on one of her side mirrors
it shouldn't cost too much
truthfully i dont know cuz ive never had to get anything repainted
but also even if u do get just the side mirror repainted it might look a bit off from the rest of the car

i did get a touchup paint pen for my car though
its a small bottle cost me about 10$ shipped

my moms friend who works at honda got her a small bottle of
paint its really little ; but it worked

if its just the mirror, i'd just use touchup paint/pen..
