i'm a junior double majoring in finance & accouning at UH but not at the downtown one

anyway, the UH i go to is pretty cool
i'd say our business program at the UH system is pretty good
at least that's what all the professors say...lol

Which UH do u go to? One question. Is University of Houston in Victoria in the UH system also????

Are you in the Honors program because its pretty good or you should try majoring in Pharmacy or Hotel Management, those two majors are pretty good at UH.

i 'm in the honors program and actually think it's more hype than anything (at least the program at my school)

anyeay, basically at my school, if you're in the honors program, then you take the Human Situation sequence
let me tell you, it was hell for me
so freaking boring..........................made a freaking C in my first semester of college and I graduated #4 in my high school class

the honors requirement is that you have to take at least 1 honors class per semester
problem is that UH is pretty poor so they don't have a lot of classes to choose from
if you're doing business, then i dont' think you have anything to worry about becasue they''ll be enough honors classes that you can stretch out

however, i think being in the honrs program is hard for other majors since after the basic classes like hisotry and such, there won't be any honors classes to take and you have to convert a normal class to an honors one, but problem's that not all classes are availbale to be converted
