It's my friend's 20th birthday this Saturday and we decided to go paintballing.
I have no idea what to expect all I know is that it's going to hurt real bad.
Some of my guy friends told me to wear seven layers. (i'm a girl btw)
More of my girl friend are more excited than my guy friends lol.
Some questions.....
Does it really hurt that bad? I heard in some cases you even bleed.
What should I wear? I was planning on wearing my snowboarding pants
with extra sweats (even tho it's june) and some sweatshirts.
What are some basic stuff I need to know?
I want to be somewhat prepared.

Just wear mechanic clothes, you know those dickie suits that you zip up on? If you're scared of getting hurt, just... wear more clothes I guess. You can't paintball if you're scared. I'm guessing one or two of your friends have their own paintball guns, they'll hurt more depending on the store. NEVER DO ANYTHING WITHOUT YOUR HELMET ON FIRST! even if you have to scratch your nose, dont take it off!!! Once you get to hold your gun, put your helmet on, there are stupid people out there who shoot even accidently, and get blind. When paintballing, you need some teamwork, don't be rambo. I guess paintballing hurts a little. Wait until you get into a league with snipers in em...

it should hurt, i was sore after going paintballing...you get alot of bruises and stuff if ur hit right haha.

Once my friend got this huge welt on his stomach ...

but he was only wearing a t-shirt. So ya. lol

I just wore old jeans and a sweatshirt when I went ...

you probably already went paintballing...please let us know if you had fun! haha. well i'm also a girl and the last time i went paintballing with some of my girl and guy friends, nobody wore anything schmany except for a couple of the guys who are intense. i wouldn't really suggest wearing your nice boarding pants. the hits left a couple of painful welts in my leg, but i didn't bleed and it was definitely worth the fun.

It depends on which guns you rent. Some are more powerful than the others so be careful when shooting against good guns because they sting. it's like getting flicked by a finger on your body. It can leave a bruise for sure.

Depending on where you live, I live in Australia. Girls have to wear Breastplates and boys have to wear those crotch protectors haha. It's really fun except the part where you get shot. It really HURTS LOL. PLus we're provided with Army clothes to wear and that's awesome.

yeah it really depends where you live ... in Toronto, not alot of girls play heck some don't even have girls bathroom officially.. LOL so i have alotta trouble finding a place to go to change after...

i just went today with a bunch of my guy friends, i just wore normal pants and a jumpsuit that they provided for us. I bought my own mask though, because rental ones are SO DIRTY and you NEVER know who wore it before.

It doesn't hurt so much for me (prolly cuz i play so much) but if you get shot and you bleed that means that the speed is over 180km per second... that's pretty bad and only played at a professional level it should only be around 180km/second or a little bit more. depending where you go play it, they would cap the speed there.

Don't wear too much.. because you will SUPER hot and start to sweat in now time.. indoor and outdoor, so just keep to a simple tank top and sweater and just a pair of sweatpants.. Some basic stuff you should know is not to give yourself away and always be with a partner... so they can cover your back and you can do the same.

the rules will be explained when you get there! i hope you have tons of fun!!!! i am addicted to this game lol i don't see why more girls aren't willing to give it a try!!!
