Hi! some of you guys know that my computer had a few problems a few weeks ago that I couldn't turn on the computer and I recently got a new motherboard. Well i might sound fussy because it's not a huge deal but ever since I got my computer back, I want to rename the song titles and artists (properties >> summary..) into characters (Korean/Japanese/Chinese, etc). I can type it out but when I click apply >> ok and I play the file or I go back to properties.. all that I inserted with characters all become blank o_O.
I like keeping my title and artist name neat and tidy so this is annoying me ><
this never happened before.. I could change them easily before I got my computer fixed
is it anything to do with the folder properties of the type of file properties?
Can someone please help me there? I will greatly appreciate it
Thanks =)
edit: btw im not sure if this is only for audio files.. I haven't tried other files yet but im assuming it wont work for them either ><

Thats very odd. But the characters show up properly in windows when you edit it?
(if it doesn't I would tell you to go and look at the language options but it sounds like its working okay)

Yeh it's strange :/ I can type the characters out and I can view the languages on my computer, etc. just when I edit the files like that and I apply them, it disappears :S
I checked my language options and all of it seems to be the right and same settings I used before when it worked :/
