I just reformatted my computer and whenever i go on IE explorer and try to scroll down its really slow and jumpy (kinda?). I tried googling and they just said to turn off the smooth scrolling.. i did that and it's still doing it. So does anyone know how to get rid of it? Thanks alot ^^

Perhaps you don't have the proper video drivers installed?
Go to the device manager (right click my computer, properties, hardware tab, device manager) See if it shows what video driver you are supposed to use.

Otherwise if you know the model number of your ocmputer you can also search for that... if it was a custom computer, get sysoftsandra to chekc what type of video card or video chip you have and find out whta drivers you need to get for it.

Yup. It should be the disk for the motherboard.

It would be helpful to write down what company and what drivers were on the disk. Actually, it would be really good if you could do that and say write it on a sheet of paper and stuff it into the computer somewhere so that if you ever need it, you can find it... maybe stick it with the Windows disks or something.
