I got a new (Korean) phone and I need to download programs so I can download music/etc onto my phone, but the programs (1 from MelOn, 1 from iSky) both need a Korean ID number. I was wondering if someone can make an account for me! Pleassssssssssse ~~ Thanks.

i still dont think it will work
because it sends some kind of comfirmation or something to ur fone...and since ur not in korea u are unable to recieve it
u could take it to the palce u got it from and they should be able to upload stuff for u

.....im telling u that it sends information to ur fone which u cannot get because u r not in korea
i have the same problem as u BUT i do have a korean ID number
so ya....take it to the palce u bought it from and ask them to put in songs for u
