I have a Samsung D500 t-mobile
& I used to be able to send and recieve multimedia msg (mms).
but lately when someone tries to send me a mms my phone says "network unavailable"
& doesn't recieve the picture
+ even if i click on retrieve it still doesn't work.
& I can't seem to send either.

what's wrong with it? & how do I fix it?!

it never worked for my one either. It told me to join through a website, it didn't work. Why don't you go back to the phone store
