i can't stand the cotton commercial where the man at the dry cleaners stares out the window sadly because he isn't getting any business because everyone's wearing cotton. it just breaks my heart to see that. it makes me want to go out and buy clothes that require dry-cleaning.

i also really hate the dr. scholl's gellin' like a melon ads. but that's a different level of loathing.

That Jessica Simpson Pizza Hut(?) CM. Haven't seen it lately though. Thank the lord.

I also violently hate CM's that are all sentimental and "emotional", etc. I don't know how that sounds, but they're just so cheesy. They're commercials for Gods sake! Like that Sylvan learning CM I see all the time. The boy's doing bad in school, goes through the Sylvan program, then gives his mom his report card for Mothers Day and she starts tearing up. That probably sounds terrible, but oh well lol.

And -of course- anti smoking and anti drug CMs. You think showing some guy forgetting to pick up his little brother from school because he was high is going to keep other kids from getting high?

the worst one is the one where there's this girl whose body has been compacted into this little rectangle because of "pressure to take drugs." if that commercial ever worked to make one person abstain from trying drugs, this isn't the world i thought it was.

i can't stand the vonage commercials - with that annoying jingle/song. i remember we watched/analyzed it in my advertising class ... the jingle was stuck on my head all day long.

in the philippines, i can't stand shampoo commercials - because the girls' hair look very very fake.

I seriously hate that commercial! The jingle doesn't get stuck in my head but everytime it goes on I just want to throw something into the tv to destroy it lol; I mute it a lot of times.

I also dislike that stupid Burger King commercial where they keep emphasizing that stupid "I am man etc" crap. The guy who starts off the song is creepy and gross looking.
