for years, i have had email accounts from sanriotown.com. i never get junk mail there unlike yahoo or hotmail, but for a little while now, i get like one a week. i know, i know, everyone gets them, use spam filter. but the thing is when i look at the address it was sent to, it's not my email address. m_mango or m_yoshi or whatever is quite different from m_luu, wtf? so how come it keeps coming to me? any way to stop it? i do not need penis enlarging or performance enhancing drugs for the penis that i don't have. thanks.

GMAIL is like that sort of. It doesn't set apart certain email address. I don't remember specific examples but something like abc123@gmail.com and abc.123@gmail.com is considered to be the same (just one example and it's something along this line if this isn't correct).
Not much you can do about it really.

Uh posting it online like this is a great way to get spam.
There are spammers out there who use google and stuff to search for email formats to get lists of email addresses. they might search for soemthing like @hotmail.com to come up with a huge list of hotmail addresses to spam to.
I would recomend you put it in the form of something like awdarkNOSPAM@gmail.com type thing. Other than that, not much you can do about the spam but ignore it, crank up your mail filters, and never open them. (Opening them often sends a messsage to the server to list your email as real and lists you as one to send LOTS of spam to)
