Well, ive been looking at people's desktops that they have posted and i asked someone how they make it so. Well he gave me these links and i dled them, but when i open them, they just show me these pics. How do i get the icons and taskbar and stuff to look like that?

I use StyleXp
i get my Visual styles from:

Icons are another thing.
I use IconPackager from Stardock.
There are other icon applyers.
