Just wondering .. for those from NY... which regents do you have to take/did you take?

(btw, Regents are New York State exams.. They [usually] take place AFTER the schools over/the last day of classes;;)

=O We can discuss them here? and comment about them and whatnot?

and when you get them, post your grades... ?

June 13 - Global History:
omigsoh @_@ I was so tired during this. @_@; Uhm. In the middle of the multiple choice, I mightve started nodding off.. but not really, because I was still awake. but this one time my head fell semi a lot and i was like OMGISOH (but not aloud) and after that I was awake. I definitely took my time with like the essays and what not (which were fairly easy.. my teacher said that we should be on our 3rd pages for each essay, about, so I had trouble coming up for fluff for the thematic essay .. I chose the partition of India ness.. I know what happaned, I just couldnt explain it in so many words..) ... Uh. My cousin lied to me and told me Machiavelli = Enlightenment so I put that for two of the answers. but yeah; If i'd been more awake, I probably wouldve realized they wouldnt put two enlightment questions on the same test, much less the same PAGE. Heh. I was the last person to finish / leave the room~ Got a 97%..;;


June 14 - Math B:
So my cousin and I decided to start on the long answers.. I started on Part II.. Halfway through, I went to Part III, did a few, then Part IV, did the first problem, wrote the equation for the second one.. Then I went to the beginning and did those.. Had trouble on the last page of multiple choice because of whatever. And then I went through the rest of the test, taking my time x 923809384 and double checking htem all. and then.. T__T when we had like 3 minutes left, I realized I didnt finish the last problem and so I did it in like 2 minutes and I think I was on the righit track.. but I used the wrong freaken side (.5x7x10xsin111.8 or something, rather than .5x7x5xsin111.8) ugh. If I realized I skipped it earlier, I probably would've figured it out. T^T; Eesh. 95% =| I wonder what I got wrong T_T.

June 15 - Spanish (3):
I thought this was pretty easy but I was pretty tired during the listening part after a while, so I'm scared I mightve missed some.. but when I discussed it with people at school afterwards, they got like the same thing so ye~ Haha. Question 32... I said my favorite place was my room. xD (I was thinking that or in front of the computer, but yeah. I went with mi cuarto.) ,.. oh but ye~ i got 24/24 on my speaking part --- So I just got my grade today, since I've been helping my Spanish teacher out in her classroom these few days.. And yeah. =| I got a 98. I GOT THE FIRST ONE WRONG. THE FIRST ONE. I KNEWKNEWKNEWKNEW it was you and her family but I put university students and their friends. HOW STUPID WAS THAT OMIGSOH IM SO MAD >=|. Haha; I was the only one who got a 98; Like a 98. =| There were 3 100s. T__T. All from my class O_o; GAHSAOHFSF I couldve been one of them T__T. No pizza for Huay /__\~~

June 21 - Chemisty:
So I was totally worried about this one but O_O I didnt do all that bad, I dont think. I had plenty of time.. Uhm... O_O I know I got at least 2 wrong though; I talked to my sister about it; And yeah; Gosh. Stupid electrolytes. And so on.. @_@. I really hope its.. like. yeah. Not that bad though.

June 22 - Physics?:
SO HOLY COW? WTHAND HAPPENED TO ME HERE? T____T I really can't do morning exams.. All of the other exams were at noon. this one was at 8, yo. =| And I.. My physics teacher is totally awesome -- shes a great teacher;; (better than my chem teacher;;;;) So I thought I was going to do better in Physics than in Chem.. But omigsoh O_O I totally killed this. I was stressed for time; And I wasn't sure about a bunch of them and I had to semi guess -- educated guess on a lot of them.. and @)@)rfaoihfs ughasoghoaisg. I really hope its still in the 90s T__T, whatever I get. Ughh.

I go to Hunter High, so we take alot of departmental tests instead of regents. there are a few regents we do have to take, im going to take bio regents in about 5 days! ahhhhh

Wow 5? That sucks. I took the Spanish today and I'm taking the US History Tuesday. I didn't like the first story in the Spanish Regents.. I didn't really understand what it was saying -__-" My teacher did the oral passages so fast.. I didn't get like 2 of the questions. Man I hope I pass the US History Regents. I had the worst history teacher for term 1. Hardly learned anything from him.

I took the Global Regents last year.. didn't know anything. I studied the day before the regents and I got a 91. The Chem Regents shouldn't be that hard if you know your stuff.

I only have Chemistry (which I need to study for) and US History...

Math B wasn't so good. I thought I did so well during it, but when I got my score it was terrible. (I got an 88) I just needed two more points to make me happy... But compared to everyone else in my school, I did pretty well. (I took it last year.)

After these two I won't have anymore Regents except next year for Physics.

I have to take US History and Chemistry this week and then thats it. I'm scared of Chemistry but US shouldn't be too difficult.

Physics will be my last regents, thank god there are no more Math regents...I would die...

took US History: It was way easier than I thought!!!! Wow. Ok I must be satisifed now. I guess I did pay enough attention. Now all that's left is Chem to battle.

Yeah we have Japanese, French, Modern Greek, etc. many more language tests than the college board in fact

I'd be so happy with your grades and you're complaining.
and yeah... I'm pretty sure you don't have to take Japanese regents, just like i don't have to take Spanish regents like you did [Italian for me]. You just have to take regents for the foreign language you took in hs.

I took US History and physics this year ^^ I don't know my scores yet (I hope I did well) but I thought both were fairly easy... oh, and I took English on January..got a 97 on that =/ Anyway, I'm happy I don't have any more of these (I'm a junior now so...) Not that they're especially hard, but they are tests and I hate all tests lol
