to answer your question. since there is no such thing as ulzzang contest for Chinese. so basically anyone whose pictures are popular on the internet we post here. therefore not everyone in HK who are posted here are models. but if a person is popular on the internet, ppl from agency will most likely to see potential in them. i mean hk magazines want their models to reflect on what hk ppl's taste of pretty people. (that is what i think)

Its not good for me to look like angela, i want to be different from others. People will view me as bitchy like others so i tried to gain some weight and try to make my face really white. i was born really skinny and i have been teased for that. However some of those who born skinny want to be more skinny and so eat less.

There are online contests in taiwan yahoo groups...
But yeah, most of the time you get famous for your good looks through pictures online.
But its not as elaborate as korean uhljjangs for they even have meet ups and real people contests etc.
Somehow those HK girls that we favour more here are mainly commerical models. lol.
Just realised that. Like Angela is one, Janice too.
I think everywhere, they would mainly get good looking people to pose in their magazines.
I mean, who would want a not so good looking model posing or their clothes in the magazine?
It only makes the magazine or photos nicer with someone good looking.
