" SHouldnt she speak english?" ... but then you get that Australian guy who acts in all the TVB series who speaks better chinese than me, and the actress in ISWAK who was also half caucasian who spoke perfect chinese... Gosh im jealous =D

YUP. Very true. I went to HK in february, I went EVERYWHERE in HK and . .. I saw like 1 pretty girl out of the hundreds that I saw. She had a lot of make up on though =_=; and I kind of said "dang the girls here wear a lot of make up" outloud in chinese ahhaha my bad. ..
The college I'm at is full of international students, mainly students from HK and i have yet to see a really pretty HK girl. On the other hand I saw this reallyyyyyyyy pretty taiwanese girl (my friend's friend) and she wasn't wearing any make up at all and his other friend is cute. Dang, how come pretty hk girls are rare T_T?! Oh well. . I'm of shanghai + china descent . . but my parents are from hk *whistle* abc!!!!!!!! hahaha.. u can ignore my side comments.

weird. i went to hk this summer, and i saw a lot of pretty hk girls :X i felt ugly there. haha. a majority of them were slim, pale, and stylish... but when i went to like areas like taipo, it was less.

Well.. i think its easier to be cute than pretty... and if you cant be pretty (like Angelababy or Janice) cute is usually the way to go... Does that make sense?
