I would like to recommend a manga, Rabbit Doubt for those who love the Saw movie kind of suspense.

can someone recommend me a couple of animes?

• a girl/guy transported to another dimension for some reason and he/she falls in love with a character there.
• a "performing arts" kind of anime like Princess Tutu.

thank you! i'm super bored at home and all i can think of is watch animes if i have nothing else to do. ^^

For the first point - Inuyasha

Second Point - Full Moon Wo Sagamini coopere

I'm shocked at how little I could think of, sorry. sad.gif

*Edit* omg i hate when theres a swear block when i type FMWS! D: It's Sagashi_te (remove the _). Not Sagamini coopere T_T

I recommend that you go and watch Major.

Sure it's a baseball anime, but I bet you'll come close to tears, if not cry. It's really really sad.

Not sure what makes you cry haha... but here's a few that made ME cry.

a) Fantastic Children - this story is pretty much... not mainstream. But after watching it, it's definitely one of my favs and made me ball like a baby at the end =(
b ) ef ~ a tale of memories - a few scenes near the end brought me to tears. very tragic T__T
c) Kanon - wow I did NOT expect to cry so easily at the start of the series lol =P
d) FMwS - because this story is like 50+ eps, it really has time to develop and I cried so much at the end... sigh* makes me sad just thinking about it

Any mangas with basic Japanese? I'm learning it right now, and I would love to practice reading it. I don't mind if the manga is kiddy! :] Thanks!!
If you made the icon that I am using, please PM me so I can credit you.
Thanks!

Lol i'm like you, I'm always looking for tearjerkers.

I recommend Full Moon Wo Sagash!te, Fruits Basket, Clannad After Story, and there are times when D.Gray-man is really sad(like after the first couple episodes ;_;). Wow we need more tearjerkers! Dx

I would like manga recommendations!

-something like koukou debut
-i'm into the cliche unappealing girl who tries to get the guy (not like wallflower though. no creepy/wayyy to unrealistic lead character please.)

-or something just plain romance like bokura ga ita

but somethings i'm not looking for
-fantasy
-dumb lead girl character (the ditzy type who is oblivious)...someone somewhat respectable please
-perverted guys
-lead characters are kids

Thanks ahead of time!! biggrin.gif
