Can i have the recipe for these pretzels?? I <3 pretzels!

INGREDIENTS

* 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 1/8 teaspoons salt
* 1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 cup bread flour
* 2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
* 2 tablespoons baking soda
* 2 tablespoons butter, melted
* 2 tablespoons coarse kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast, brown sugar and salt in 1 1/2 cups warm water. Stir in flour, and knead dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, and turn to coat the surface. Cover, and let rise for one hour.
2. Combine 2 cups warm water and baking soda in an 8 inch square pan.
3. After dough has risen, cut into 12 pieces. Roll each piece into a 3 foot rope, pencil thin or thinner. Twist into a pretzel shape, and dip into the baking soda solution. Place on parchment covered cookie sheets, and let rise 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Bake at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with coarse salt, garlic salt or cinnamon sugar.

just a note: the recipe as is makes about 12-15 pretzels depending on size. however pretzels dont store well (they get soggy fast and i had my wrapped in clear wrap then inside a ziploc bag). they should be eaten the day they are made so unless you are feeding a large family, i suggest you cut down on the portion to fit your needs.

Myss Blewm and missxosteffany: haha this one's a "cheat" cupcake XD i just used instant cake mix (i used Betty Crocker's super moist yellow cake mix) and added 1 sachet of 3-in-1 instant coffee and voila! you have your cupcakes! smile.gif just bake according to what's written on the cake mix box that you bought! super easy but tasty haha laugh.gif

^ and to answer the question.. i usually convert the grams, ml, etc to cups so that it's easier for me to measure.. but yeah i think some people have this little scale for measuring ingredients ^^

thanks for the recipe, im gonna try it out. your cream looks really good though, they're light and fluffy looking laugh.gif

^those are chicken salad cups... super super easy to make. you cannot go wrong! xD heres the recipe x3

Chicken Salad Cups

Ingredients::

• 2 cups of chopped cooked chicken (you can use rotisserie chicken)
• 1/3 cup sliced celery
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon chopped toasted sliced almonds
• 1 medium green onion *about a tablespoon
• 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 4 Pillsbury Perfect Portions refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions::

-Heat oven to 375oF. Lightly grease 4 jumbo muffin cups. (Regular muffin pan is fine too.)
In small bowl, mix chicken, celery, mayo, almonds, onion and pepper until well blended.

-Press each biscuit to cover bottom and sides of muffin cup. (Sorta flatten it out with your fingers
to make it expand a bit.) Spoon chicken mixture into biscuit cups.

-Bake 16-21 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese.

sorry i havent been on soompi for a while
but here's the recipe for the mini cheesecakes!!

mini cheescakes - usually makes around 12-14
ingredients:
1 pack graham cracker (this is more then enough)
1 tbsp butter
2 packs (8 oz) of cream cheese (you can substitute 1 pack with low fat cream cheese without loosing the flavor)
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pack of mini muffin cups
any fruit you decide to put on the top
i used kiwi, blueberry, strawberry, mandrin (canned), blackberry --just cut them up and arrange them

*putting nutella on the top of the cheesecakes before baking and just swirling the top is also very good =D*

instructions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. crush the graham crackers at the tbsp of butter (melted) mix in with fingers and place around 1 tbsp of crushed wafers into each cup. (helps if you just do this all in a ziploc bag
3. beat cream cheese (make sure the cream cheese is at room temp, makes it much much much easier to mix and also makes the consistency better), sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy
4. fill each cup with this mix until 3/4 full
5. bake for 15-20 minutes, let cool then stick in fridge for about an hour to let it harden
6. Add whatever topping you'd like
7. ENJOY =D

thats for the nice feedback guys >__< the recipe is really simple!

1 round of pizza dough (i havent tried pillsbury, but i use the kind thats premade at the supermarket)
4-8 slices of bacon, i like a lot so i put about 1/2-3/4 of bag XD
2-3 idaho potatoes, 2 if theyre big 3 if theyre medium-ish
1 bag of mozzerela(preshredded kind) or cheddar cheese
the mozzerela gives it a more creamy taste and the cheddar gives you more of a tang. i used a mix of cheddar and mozzerela, but i like that mozzerla better

Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Boil till tender, 10-15 mins. Drain off water and return potatoes to the pot. Place over heat to evaporate all extra water, but be sure not to burn or brown them!!!

Preheat oven to 500 F. Stretch your dough out** Lightly, very lighty coat your pizza pan with olive oil. not too much or itll make your pizza soggy. Cut bacon into 1/2 inch strips. Evenly spread out potatoes leaving a 1 inch border for crust. Then spinkle cheese on top and then bacon. Bake for 10-15 or until the cheese is brown to your liking. and WALAHHH you got bacon pizza =D

**stretching is much better than rolling, it allows more airbubbles and its more even. hehe i learned from working at a home-style pizza parlor. maybe ill make a tutorial if i have time ^^

laugh.gif im backing a prosiutto/spinach lasagna rollups now. will be back with pics later

EDIT :] bad quality pics, but here's the lasagna rollups
stuffing
rollup process
before baking
after baking
