I have pictures of the cake before I forsted it, but not of the inside. I'll take some when I bake another cake. My cake is soft and spongy. It's really squishy when I press down on it.


As for the Tiramisu cake recipe. I just substituted coffee syrup for the water syrup from the original strawberry cake recipe. 1:1 coffee and sugar. As for the frosting, it's whipped cream plus 8oz of Mascapone cheese for every 400g of whipped cream. Then sprinkle with cocoa powder on top.
