i made a gingerbread house a few weeks back. its a kissing booth!! im noob at anything to do with the culinary arts.
everything everyone here has made is so beautiful<3

for the galette, I used the galette dough recipe from Baking with Julia by Dorie Greenspan and I just filled it with a bunch of mozzarella cheese, some steamed broccoli, and some already cooked chicken (from a rotisserie chicken, leftovers, hehe). I baked it for 30 some minutes, until the crust was golden brown. You can follow the baking instructions for the berry galette in this link.
