hi sesflor! you'll need:
2 cups Strawberries
50 grams sugar
Mash the strawberries with the sugar

250 ml milk
250 ml cream
3 egg yolks
pinch of salt
50 grams sugar

combine ingredients and cook over med heat until thick and just about to boil. Do not let boil. Set aside to cool, when cool place it at the ref for 3 hrs.
When mixture is cold enough,freeze in ice cream maker and add strawberries.

Another set of cupcakes for a friend's wedding, these are just sample designs, i'm gonna make 200 cuppies for the wedding next month smile.gif
