Watcher seems like such a great cook! Wished I was there for that dinner. Yum!

I made strawberry ice cream over the Labor Day weekend and finally took a picture of it now.

I made this last week for my co-workers... cheesecake with mango topping. The photo is pretty blurry because I took it with my old cellphone.

finally starting to miss korean food... so i made a few...

made some kong bi ji. i went non-traditional and added tomatos into it for some slight added acidity. mixed unusually well with the soybean. and it's not too overpowering with the kimchi!!!

not the same as above...this is traditional because traditional could mean anything for this dish. good old boodae jjigae!!

my first attempt at trying to make chicken and shrimp curry. My mom insisted that I use only one can of coconut milk, but I think I should've just used two anyways. And it tastes a little bit too sweet =| I'm gonna have to try this again *sigh*

Wow, theedqueen! That chicken and shrimp curry looks really good. I made Vietnamese chicken curry awhile back for my boyfriend and it turned out really mushy and spicy. Being the wonderful dorkus that he is, he ate it for 3 whole days. I am too scared to try to attempt a second try. Kudos to you and your mother. laugh.gif

Last piece of mango cake I made months ago. I didn't really like it but my family did, especially my dad. Unfortunately it was an one time fluke, I can't seem to remake it correctly ;_;

A sorry excuse of a picture of the cupcake pops I made for my best friend's birthday. Wrappers are foggy cause I tossed 'em into the freeze ^^;

I love cupcake pops. I prefer them over regular cupcakes any day laugh.gif I remember making them a couple of months ago for a bake sale for The Cancer Society. They were a huge hit. I didn't even get to eat one tears.gif

Made cabbage and dumpling pork this weekend .... was YUMMY

When I saw this picture, for some reason I thought it was squid. Maybe it's the way you plated it. Kudos to you for making cabbage and pork dumpling. I tried to make dumpling and found the whole process tiring. Making dumpling takes technique and patience laugh.gif

That sounds great. I will take your word for it. If only you could bottle the food you cook. (I know, wishful thinking on my part) laugh.gif Have you ever thought about about starting a food blog with recipes and instructions? I think alot of people would like that, myself included.

I really enjoy going into this thread. You soompiers' cooking are awesome. If I have time this weekend, I'll try to post up some pictures of my cooking smile.gif
