Kiwi and strawberry tart and peach and almond tart.

hey everyone!
i haven't posted in awhile in this thread but i am done my exams for the term and i started to do some baking again. Since i am a huge fan of making cupcakes for desserts, i decided to make something that looks like cupcakes BUT for the main course!!!!! I conjured up a few recipes, the crust, the filling and the topping happy.gif

i love shepherd's pie but it's hard to find a filling out there that i would like pre-made and with a crust so i decided to make my own happy.gif

introducing ... Suki's Shepherd's Cupcakes -- yummy filling with crispy under crust topped with mashed potato frosting happy.gif

Bakerella's blog has many variations of cupcake pops.
