I never tried to claim I came up with the recipes, but when I reread today, it is indeed vague even though there are links to original sources if possible. I started a blog so I'd have a record of recipes, and my thoughts around baking b/c I wanted motivation to keep trying so I wanted to be able to see them on a page somewhere; it was completely personal thing for my sister, me, and 2 friends, but after a few posts, I figured it couldn't hurt to share. But when I started sharing, I never changed my mindset that it's a personal thing and so it's not always clear where I got things from b/c my focus was final product. Of course, I'll do a better job from now on.
Anyway, the recipes are linked to allrecipes.com if that's the source, to David Leibovitz, if he's the source, Tartlette, Bakerella, etc. They're some of my favorite reads. There is an addenum on my blog that I added today just to clear it up.
I encourage everyone to check out allrecipes.com. It's an excellent source to start off at home. lovesicles used it for the same banana crumb recipe that my sister used and it's really delicious.
