i had my first attempt at cream puffs today
found an amazing recipe: cream puffs
but instead of filling them with cream, i filled mine with vanilla ice cream <3
i was so worried they'd all sag, but fortunately only the first batch sagged... and it didnt really matter because i just stuffed them full wiht ice cream XD
my ice cream puff (this was a flaat one) + sprinkle of icing sugar~~
sorry abt the quality of the pic. some @ss broke my camera...grrr
anyways, im so happy i managed to make puffs

Wow, you've been making cupcakes a lot. I like the way your cupcakes turn out, how come mines doesn't turn out like that. How much of the cup are we suppose to fill in again. I always end up making a mess too.
