I've been incredibly busy for the past week...but these are some from the past 2 weeks or so. Click images to be directed to the recipes on my blog.
Coffee Hazelnut Chocolates (Andrew Shotts)
Single Serving Apple Pies (Grandma Ople for sauce)
Salted Butter Caramel Ice Cream (David Leibovitz...I think I went wrong on this recipe somewhere though...probably b/c I didn't use an ice cream maker which is why it doesn't even look like ice cream)
Kalbi (Family recipe.)
Chocolate Chip Cookie Heart Brownies (No recipe on the blog, only pics of the chocolate chip cookies in the center, but the heart pan is by Chicago Metallic)
Soy Sauce Pork Ribs (Family Recipe.)
Ah your food looks so delicious.
I especially am fond of the heart shaped brownies, their adorable.
Made ginger cookies a few days ago. These are SOOO ADDICTING.
These look so cute seriously. I miss baking cookies =O

crystal blue, your creations look so delicious! I especially like the idea of a single serving of apple pie - I can never stick to just one piece eheh
thank you ;D
will do the next time I make them.
We had a bag of potatoes that were beginning to sprout, so I decided to make them with that. They're really good. Usually they're eaten with applesauce or sour cream, but they're fine alone.
please post the recipe! i love potato pancakes and yours look especially good.

Plain cupcakes
always yummy

Sushi
Its so easy to make and you can chose a variety of fillings and forms so you can look creative with just doing little things extra^_^

ow yeah..all these things weren't made today:P but somewhere last year..didn't really got the chance to bake/cook these few months because of school(busy and stressing..=.='')
i want to try to make those rice balls some time:O.. i guess frying it will give the riceballs this lovely tasty crunchy crust.

sure, i'm not sure if i remember it all correctly though cuz i just followed a blog
blueberry muffin recipe:
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil (olive oil works too and doesn't change the taste)
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries
1. Sift the flour, both sugars, baking powder, salt in a large bowl. Mix using a whisk or fork.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk egg and combine milk and oil. Mix in slowly to the flour mixture forming the muffin batter.
3. Fold in blueberries to batter.
crumb topping (optional):
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter - softened
1. Mix all together in a medium bowl using a butter knife.
**Fill muffin cups (or greased muffin pan) 2/3 full with muffin batter, then dump the crumb topping full. Preheat oven 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C and bake for 20-25 minutes. (Should make 12 regular sized muffins or 6 jumbo muffins)
Enjoy!

I've been looking for a pecan pie recipe! Can you share the recipe & where you got it from?

lol, i begged my friend for the recipe after she gave me some at school. they're really good and taste kind of like brownies haha, but that's just me.
pecan pie recipe:
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell (preferably gram cracker crust!)
1/2 cup butter, melted (salted tastes better)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup pecan halves
1. In a saucepan, melt butter & both sugars. (Add the sugars after the butter has melted)
2. Remove from heat and pour into a large bowl to cool for 5~10 minutes. Pour in milk & add eggs, one at a time, mixing into the butter mixture with a whisk. (Make sure the butter/sugar is cooled enough so you don't get scrambled eggs!)
3. Add salt, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon juice, pecans - mix well.
4. Pour into pie shell and bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for 40~50 minutes.
**The sugars can be between 1 1/2 ~ 2 cups when both add up, depending on your taste and how much calories your willing to eat, haha. Enjoyy!
edit: cover the pie with an aluminum foil if the pie shell starts to burn in the oven

You could always make homemade custard..
or if you're lazy like I am sometimes, get some instant vanilla pudding and use that instead
It tastes just as yummy

Adding onto what she said, it'd be better to use 1 cup of glazed pecans because they taste better and are much more crunchier. Oh yea...and I think unsalted butter tastes better because it has a more creamy/fresh flavor. But whatever butter you have on hand works.
Edit:
I baked Moist Italian chocolate pecan cheescake

Picture is a bit blurry but ...it tasted really rich and moist.
