whole-wheat crepes made with hazelnut milk. <3

crepe batter: for about 4 crepes1/2 c all-purpose flour
1/4 c wheat flour
1/4 c rice flour
3/4 c hazelnut milk
1 egg
1/2 capful of vanilla
1/2 tsp vegetable oil
pinch of salt
1. combine all ingredients together, then refrigerate for 1/2 - 1 hour.
2. heat large skillet on medium, and oil pan lightly.
3. ladle a full spoon of batter, and tilt pan to cover surface and create circle.
4. wait until edges look a little dry, then flip with spatula or special skillz.
5. wait a about 1-2 minutes before transferring to plate.
6. add whatever fillings you want. (mine: nutella, strawberries, bananas, whipped cream)
7. fold in sides to create "cone".
8. eat.
