i mean the taste. haha! cus it looks so sweet to me.. cus at first i did say about your intention being sweet; hence when the 2nd time i said sweet refers to the taste. ahh so, you are one of them who don't eat too sweet stuffs too eh. at home, my mom's side especially (not my mom) they have history od diabetic; hence they don't eat too sweet stuffs and my mom wants to control too.. hence she can't take too sweet stuffs.. i try to reduce as well.. hence we are all actually used to not too sweet foods.. if it's too sweet, we just feel like we can't eat that. hahah!

Ingredients
2 cups self-raising flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
180g butter
jam (apricot/raspberry)
Method
1. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
2. Add in the egg, mix only until mixture is smooth.
3. Add in sifted flour, mix.
4. Roll them into small balls, poking the middle with your finger
to create a well to spoon in the jam.
5. Spoon in some jam, enough just to fill the indentation. Bake
at about 160-180deg for about 10minutes.
Hmm, what's SIFTED flour? o_o

Hmm, where can you get a siever or baking/cooking supplies in general?
Would making something without sifting the flour have much of an affect on the outcome?
Sorry, I'm new to this, lol. >_<

oh we had fun biking- there's a bike path by the beach but we had to wait for the sun to go down a bit coz it was soooo scorching hot. barbecue's a success. i marinated my chicken drumsticks in soy sauce, honey mustard, lemon juice, brown sugar, chili flakes, ground pepper, garlic salt and canola oil. the pork i marinated in soy sauce, garlic, a little ketchup, brown sugar, ground pepper, canola oil and hot sauce

low sodium recipes per se i don't have but i can give you my two cents worth coz i don't like salty stuff myself so i just shy away from too much salt. i stock up on some seasonings that don't need salt when added to my recipes like lemon pepper- i get flavor and the salt content as well. it 's also better to use kosher salt instead of regular salt. what particular recipes are you looking for?
