^ It looks like puff pastry cut into long triangles wrapped around cheerios, then baked.
(Except I'm guessing cheerios is the Australian word for those mini-hotdogs laugh.gif...)

you can use Pillsbury's croissant rolls to roll up the hot dogs. I believe they sell the mini franks as well.

this is very simple..but it was the best thing i've ever made XD Chocolate cupcakes!! i made these for valentines day for my friends ^^ i made more, but this was when i only had a few
