wow! final tried this recipe out. i love it. but i think i just put too much gochujang in it. otherwise it's delicious. i did a beautiful job presenting it. i'm very happy with the result. it's suppose to be a pork stir fry dish but i have no pork, i sub it for chicken. better and healthier huh?. well yeah. ahhaha i also over garnish the dish with too much sesame seeds.
Ingredient:
sesame oil, garlic, onion, chicken, carrots, jalapeños, green onion, sesame seeds, gochujang, sugar, and soy sauce.
Kimbap

*made this on monday. it's my 3rd time making it and yes i'm still working on my rolling
Ingredient:
nori, rice, eggs, carrots, cucumbers, crabs, ham, radish, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.

i didnt have molds/ramacins (sp?), so i just used a muffin tin..haha:

when i inverted it on to a plate:

edit:: heartxbroadcast, here's the recipe:
creme caramel:
1/2 cup sugar
5 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
-preheat oven to 300 degree F. lightly butter around the inside of 8 6oz ovenproof custard cups.
-in a small, heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt 1/2 cup sugar, stirring until it becomes a light brown syrup.
-carefully pour the syrup, dividing evenly into custard cups. do this quickly before the syrup hardens.
-place the custard cups in a shallow baking dish.
-beat together the eggs, salt, and 1/2 sugar.
-while mixer is running, pour in milk and vanilla.
-pour custard mixture into custard cups.
-pour hot water into the baking dish so that it comes 3/4 of the way up the sides of the custard cups.
-bake 1 hour. a knife inserted into the custard should come out clean.
-remove from oven & cool for 1 hr.
-can serve warm or refrigerate for a few hours & serve cold.
-to serve, run knife around the edges of the custard and turn out onto a plate - the caramel sauce will run down the side of the custard.
