you are super talented.
i can't remember but did you say you were only in highschool...if so, oh man// the only thing i was talented in during highschool was not being talented haha.

i'm especially a fan of the bottles and booties, those used to take me forever to perfect.

A piece of filet mignon
pepper
cayenne pepper
rosemary
thyme
onion
garlic
all purpose flour

spice up the filet, with the above or whatever you like. Roll it around in flour. put some olive oil into a pan on medium heat, add diced or chopped onion with garlic. once onion is halfway till caramelized add the filet in and cook on medium heat till whatever style of cooked steak you like. I don't know the exact time but firmer/harder it is the more cooked it is. Filet mignon does not taste as great when it's well done just to tell you xD.

ooo can you tell me how much oil to put, and while cooking the steak do I cover the pan or flip it over every few mins??
Sorry so many questions =D planning to try this soon =x

That looks amazingly delicious! Do you know where I can get the exact recipe with the measurements and all that jazz?

It looks so perfect in your pictures! I love shrimp and pasta so this combination is something I've GOT to try!

Thanks! I actually don't have the exact measurements but I will try my best since I sort of just winged the amounts to what I thought would be best

*2 cloves of garlic
5 Cilantro leaves
*1.5 tbsp butter
*1 cup pasta (I used rotini)
*2/3 cup shrimp
*A pinch of salt/pepper (optional)
1/3 cup milk (cream will work too)

I put a * next to ingredients that I believe wouldn't matter too much if you wanted to add more/less

Boil water and add pasta. Smash the garlic and cut it. Cut the cilantro. With low heat, add butter into another pot and distribute around the pot until it is melted. Add the garlic and cilantro into that same pot. Cook until garlic is light brown (it cooks really fast). Add shrimp and pepper/salt. Once the shrimp is cooked (orange colored) add milk. Let it all simmer until there isnt too much milk (because this will make it really soggy if there's too much). Pasta should be finished by then, if not let it cook for a while longer. Strain the water out and add pasta into the pot with all the other ingredients and stir (I just do it like this because I didn't really want to mix everything on a plate =P). Fin.

Feel free to alter the amounts of the ingredients. If you want to add more shrimp or pasta go for it!. I don't think it'll alter the taste too much.

Good Luck!

ehhh hmmm. a teaspoon or less. don't cover pan. flip it every now and then, if the filet is thick, look at the side wall while your cooking and you can kind of see where its cooked and where its not cooked. You want a pinkish color unless you like bloody steaks. Try touching it too, if it leaves a finger print, no good yet. If you think its not done then keep cooking. I've messed up ALOT trying to get it right so don't worry too much.

^ It looks like puff pastry cut into long triangles wrapped around cheerios, then baked.
(Except I'm guessing cheerios is the Australian word for those mini-hotdogs laugh.gif...)

^ uh, isn't Cheerios cereal??
I'm Australian and I just call them frankfurts .__.;;

I thought it was some sort of dough around it o____o;;
But I think I'll try with the puff pastry first ^^;
