haha. i took a piece of cardboard and cut out a hole shaped like a heart then used it as a stencil. LOL

well....quasi shrimp scampi? I opened the fridge realizing we had no tomatos or chives, so I had to make do...and also that I wasn't allowed to break into the alcohol to use the white wine...another compromise, but the result was satisfying

The cupcakes were not made from scratch.

I didn't want to spend money on flour, eggs, sugar, etc. I was more focused on piping a rosette on the cupcakes; There were about 24 so it was a good practice for me. The caramel sauce on the chocolate dipped strawberry was poorly attempted. How stupid of me. Obviously I didn't pay attention in class.
