I haven't been posting here much lately, because I haven't been baking. I hate school, leaves me with zero time for hobbies and procrastinating. I made some cheesecake late last night, so I thought to share some pictures; I haven't been fooling around with my camera much of late, so here's a rampage of pictures. shiaks, I'm a sucker for cam-whoring. Pardon the crazy jumbo of pictures, taken from different angles.

I love playing with flavours, so this is a slight change from the usual cheesecake I make, there were some recipes I posted for a lemon oreo cheesecake back in the many pages (which I can't remember where exactly, somewhere) and this is just another deviation from the norm I'm used to making.
edit: wei requested for the recipe, so here it is!

Ddukpokggi
This is my breakfast and lunch today, the colour isn't as bright as it was supposed to be. I use the same model of phone as Ayu's but the effect just isn't the same.
Hey ixora =) I guess you have to play with lighting, it's the most important thing when aiming to achieve better photos. Angle is one crucial thing, but so is lighting. I go for synthetic lights, ie. when I bake at night, so I use studio lights for my pictures. I still prefer natural lighting, as taken in the pictures I just posted above. These aren't taken with my RAZR though, but the concept is still the same. Natural lighting accentuates the colors the best, IMO. But I rarely bake in the day, so.. =x The ddukpokggi looks yummy though. Do you happen to have a recipe for that? I would love to try it out someday. I've only ever tried making kimchi jigae T__T Thank you well in advance!
