So this weird pop up keeps appearing on my screen.




there is also some other pop ups that do the same thing. the other pop ups look the same only the 'lexplorer' is something like 'Kernel blabla..'

other than that, my laptop's screen sometimes goes all black. the songs are still playing and the comp is still on and all...but i can't do anything to not see the black screen unless i restart it.

could it be a virus? i just serviced this laptop.

That looks more like a software error than some annoying spyware. Virus, im not sure about. Might be wise to scan for that as well.

Your screen going black, have you tried closing and reopening the lid? I am wondering if your lid sensor is screwed up so it thinks the screen is closed.
