hey guyss

so I went to a website and it gave me this pop up



and then all of the sudden I get these weird looking icons on my Local Disk (D:) folder (they don't do anything when I click on them)



and now i can't open my Local Disk (D:) folder without having to right click and go to Open, its so annoyingg




I tried deleting and moving those stupid icons but they won't go away and keep comming back



does anyone know what happened and how I could get rid of those icons? or at least so I could open the folder w/o having to right click

Scan with antivirus.Weird problem you have crumny icons often means virus though.

now those icons are gone and this one is new.. still can't open my Local Disk (D:) folder w/o having to right click >.<

u have phising icons/services running, go to safe mode, usually F8 on start-up and remove them there, it's most likely malware that has mounted ur d:/ to either appear as a virtual drive
try clicking on properties and disable the auto-run/auto-play feature there or in the device manager...?
