I've tried Tampax with the pearl applicator. They're really comfortable if you get it all the way up there, if not, then zomgPAINx_x.

About the cold drinks and period thing, do you avoid cold drinks only during your period or even when you don't have a period?

Coz my Mom always tells me to avoid it even when I don't have my period.. I tend to drink quite a lot too when I don't have it and everytime I get my period, the 1st or 2nd day.. I get bad cramps.

Yup, if you loose weight too fast, the skin will be loose and baggy. If you gain it back too fast, you'll get stretch marks.

The only way to get rid of it is to either gain back the weight and loose it again slowly and paitently or have surgery to get rid of the excess skin.

how can you tell? i have pretty good stomache muscles but my tummy is saggy too -____-;;
but i didnt really lose it fast? is it just fat?

I can't really tell for you because I don't know how your stomach looks like. I tried googling for answers to help you but, I keep getting surgery stuff.

Sorry I couldn't help more.

Um i've always kinda wondered but what exactly are pilates?

And also, are breasts supposed to hurt/feel very sensitive [extremely sore] throughout all your teenage years, or is it only supposed to be that way during time of growth there?

For most people, their breasts hurt and/or are sensitive when they're growing.

This is kinda random, but am I the only person who prefers cardboard applicators over plastic applicators when it comes to tampons? I don't know; I use Tampax and, yeah, it's easier and much more convenient to put in a tampon with a plastic applicator, but the tampon feels really uncomfortable.

Is it abnormal to have vaginal discharge daily?
I always wear pantyliners just in case, but it seems like I'm the only one.

No. It's normal. It's how your vagina cleans itself. I always wear pantyliners. Also...the change in the consistency of the discharge gives clues to when you're going to ovulate! tongue.gif

To be honest, I have it, too. It's a bit frustrating sometimes, because it seems like I'm the only one and I just want to be normal, but... yeah. And no one else in my family has it, so when I need to go buy pantiliners, they're like "you already ran out?" since they only use it when they're on their period.

I know! omg. i remember in high school, my friends and i always asked each other.. "Do you see anything on my pants?" haha

But now the good thing is I usually get them in the morning before I go out so I know.. and even if it doesn't come right in the morning.. I can usually feel this weird feeling so I wear a pad in case.

and I usually avoid wearing light pants if I know that my period hasn't come for awhile. (Like I would wear lighter pants right after I finish my period)

I use to get leaks a lot too and it was soo embarrassing.. sometimes I would cover it with my jacket (like wrap it around my waist) or just cover it with my messenger bag (if I am carrying it) and just rush home asap.
